Spicy Spinach and Artichoke Dip
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 package dry vegetable soup mix
- 1 jalapeno pepper diced OR 2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1 can of artichoke hearts (chopped)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator 6 hours or overnight. Serve with Multigrain Garden Herb pita chips.
