Roasted Red Pepper Feta Spread
- 1 whole roasted red pepper (fresh or from a jar)
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until it is well mixed.
