Shrimp & Avocado Pockets

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb. small or medium cooked shrimp (rinse & dry)
  2. 2 avocados (diced)
  3. 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  4. 2 medium garlic cloves (minced)
  5. 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  6. 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  7. 1 tsp. cumin
  8. 1 tsp. jalapeno sauce (optional)

Preparation

Whisk together lime juice, garlic, cumin, olive oil, jalapeno sauce and cilantro. Place avocado in mixture and let marinate for 5 minutes. Add cooked shrimp and mix gently. Add salt & pepper to taste and fill pocket and enjoy!
