Dill Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbs. cooked shrimp (small or medium size)
  2. 3 scallions (chopped)
  3. 2 celery stalks (chopped)
  4. 1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
  5. 1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
  6. 1 Tbsp. fresh dill (chopped)
  7. 2 lemons; juiced
  8. 1 lime; juiced

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until chilled. Fill pocket and enjoy.
