Chicken Sesame Pocket
- 2 (10 oz. total) skinless chicken breasts (cooked & diced)
- 1/3 cup pea pods or snow peas
- 1/3 cup red bell peppers (diced)
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 4 Tbsp. low fat mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 Tbsp. ginger
Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, ginger, almonds and sesame seeds in medium bowl.Stir in chicken, pea pods and red pepper. Add salt & pepper to taste and fill pocket & enjoy!
