- 2 small cucumbers (peeled & diced)

1 small red onion (diced)

1/2 red bell pepper (diced)

1/2 green bell pepper (diced)

4 Tbsp. low fat Ranch salad dressing

3 Tbsp. low fat shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts (optional)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and mix well in a medium-sized bowl. Add salt & pepper to taste and fill pocket & enjoy!
