Cheesy Fruit Pockets
- 3 kiwis (peeled and diced)
- 3/4 cup strawberries (sliced)
- 1/4 cup pineapple; diced (if canned
- dry thoroughly)
- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 4 Tbsp. low fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. fresh chives (diced)
Combine fruit in a bowl. Mix in cottage cheese and cheddar cheese. Fill pocket & enjoy!
