Apple Walnut Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 6 oz. albacore tuna in water (drained)
- 1/4 cup celery (diced)
- 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1 med. apple (diced)
- 3 Tbsp. low fat mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Add salt & pepper to taste and fill pocket & enjoy!
