Not So Sloppy Joe Pockets

Ingredients
- 12 oz. ground sirloin (90% lean)
- 1/2 cup green pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup celery (diced)
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 cup of sloppy joe sauce
Preparation
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add veggies and saute for 2 minutes. Add meat and brown meat for 5 minutes. Add sauce and turn heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Fill pocket & enjoy!
