Why don't you date your bread when its made?

All Kangaroo Breads are frozen immediately after baking to preserve freshness. All products ship to your local store frozen.

We must rely on local store managers to thaw and date each package before it gets merchandised. From the time it is thawed and displayed in your grocer's deli, it will have a shelf life of seven days.

If you encounter situations with packages unmarked with a freshness date, please contact us immediately.
